General information

Personal data is processed only within the scope of applicable data protection law. Processing takes place only to the extent required for the technical operation of the website, the provision of content, and the handling of enquiries.

Server log files

When this website is accessed, the hosting provider may process technically required access data. This may include in particular IP address, date and time of access, requested page, browser type, and operating system. Processing takes place to ensure the operation, stability, and security of the website.

Error reports

If a technical error occurs in the app, an error report is sent to Supabase (data centre in Frankfurt am Main) so that we can fix it quickly. It only contains the error message (e-mail addresses and long numbers are masked beforehand), the code location, the page visited without parameters, the app version and the browser type with its major version. It contains no account and no game data and is not linked to a person. Identical errors are only counted. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in an app that works without errors).

Local browser storage

This website may store technically required information in the browser of the end device, in particular settings and session states for presentation, usability, and functionality. It is not used for analytics, profiling, or advertising purposes.

Online storage (optional)

Online storage is optional and switched off by default. If you enable it in the settings and create an account, your email address, app data (e.g. game progress, training, profiles including the profile picture) and a device label (browser and operating system) are stored with Supabase (Supabase Inc., data centre in Frankfurt am Main) to back them up and sync them between your own devices; sign-in emails are sent via Resend. Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. You can delete the online data and the account at any time under Settings → Online storage; the data on your device is not affected.

External services

Where content or data from external services is embedded or requested, this only takes place to the extent necessary to provide the website's functionality. In that context, technically necessary connection data may be processed by the respective providers.

Contact

If contact is made by email, the transmitted information is processed solely for handling and answering the enquiry. Data is only passed on to third parties where there is a legal basis for doing so.

Data subject rights

Under applicable law, data subjects have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and objection to the processing of personal data. In addition, there is a right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority.
